  • Mac model, Apple Silicon chip type, RAM, and storage capacity collected during BYOM (Bring Your Own Mac) assessments to determine service compatibility
  • macOS version and installed software inventory relevant to AI configuration

Payment Information

  • Payment details processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Billing address and transaction records for invoicing purposes

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide Services — To configure your Mac with AI tools, deliver BYOM upgrades, and fulfil hardware bundle orders
  • Communicate — To respond to enquiries, send service updates, booking confirmations, and support communications
  • Improve Services — To analyse service usage patterns and improve our AI configuration processes and customer experience
  • Legal Compliance — To comply with applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO)

Our website uses minimal cookies to enhance your browsing experience:

  • Language Preference Cookie (macai_lang) — Stores your preferred language (English or Traditional Chinese) for 365 days so the website displays in your chosen language on return visits

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in cross-site tracking or sell data to advertisers.
